Today, the most common version of the kefir diet involves drinking one and a half liters of kefir per day. Also, depending on the duration of the diet, small portions of meat or vegetables can be added to the diet.

Let's calculate how long it will take us to end up in a hospital bed following such a menu.

We will consider the question from the point of view of calorie content. I honestly don't believe in counting calories, but in this case it will be an example.

If you do a sedentary job and don't move much, your body spends about 1000 kcal a day. It needs them to keep the brain functioning, to maintain the functionality of internal processes like breathing, blood supply, digestion and sometimes picking up a spoon.
